Up-and-coming sculptor
John Maisano established his reputation in
2001 with Ornithomimid, centerpiece of the Hartman
Prehistoric Garden at Zilker
Botanical Garden in Austin, Texas.
With
20 years' experience in exhibit design for natural history
museums, John's
fascination with the natural world strongly influences his work. His
paleo art sculptures of dinosaurs and
other prehistoric animals bring the scientific record to life. He is equally adept at sculpting
modern animals, people and fantasy subjects.
John's
work is cast at Deep
in the Heart Art Foundry in Bastrop, Texas. From clay
to finished bronze, his sculpture will
inspire any home, office or institution. To discuss ideas for a
commission, contact
Maisano Productions.
